Hey there! I'm Ginger, owner of Ginger Bakes. Ginger Bakes is a small bake shop based out of Grand Rapids, MI. We make all things sweet, with a focus on simple and beautiful designs. We don't skimp out on the cream or sugar in this kitchen, unless it's a requirement! We do offer gluten free and dairy free items, for those in need. 

I like to think of myself as an artist, and my canvas happens to be cakes, cookies, macarons, and so much more. Each sweet treat has a possibility to become so much more than just something to pop into your mouth.
